The hongkongfactoring.com website (the "Site") is an online division of Corporate Finance New York ("CFNY"), a general partnership, which also operates as Corporate Finance New York LLC (the "Company"). The Company offer corporate financial services and through a network of affiliates, partners, agents and subsidiaries, financial services for companies based in Hong Kong are provided and funded by an affiliate, partner or agent with offices in Hong Kong, New York and/or other locations. Funding requests for subsidiaries of Hong Kong companies that are located in the United States, Canada and Europe are processed by the Company out of its underwriting offices located in the United States, Canada, Europe or other regions.
The content on the Site is offered to you, the user, either an individual of legal age or company (herein referred to as "User" or "Users"), conditioned on acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this Policy, which may be updated from time to time without notice to Users.
Ownership and Use of Content. The Site is copyrighted in
its entirety including but not limited to all logos graphics
content and material. The copyright in this Site (except for certain
material that is made available through association or material
which is part of the public domain), contents, including,

unless otherwise indicated. Certain graphics and photos that are

logos, graphics, images, or content from this Site for any purpose; unless

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS,
GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING
FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES;
(ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES

Submitting Proposals and/or Requests. The
Company is a professional organization dedicated in maintaining
a very high degree of quality and integrity in business
origination. No oral representation is ever made. The Company
has the right to refuse service to any User and/or to refuse any
proposal, product or service at any time without notice. If a
User submits an application, online form, transaction, or
request, referred to herein as a "Proposal or Proposals", and
said Proposal is rejected by the Company, the Company has no
obligation to notify the User, and in some cases, the User will
not be notified. When submitting documentation to the Company, a
User must submit documentation that does not have to be
returned. Documentation submitted to the
Company will not be returned. Further, all Proposals submitted
to the Company must include; the Full Name, City and State or
Town / Province, Telephone Number and E-mail Address of the
User. Proposals that have been accepted for further
consideration by the Company are subject to, among other things,
qualification, meeting underwriting criteria, and final written
approval. Further, the Company's factoring
and other financial services are available to businesses in
certain industries and certain regions in the United States and
Canada, if your business location/region or request for
factoring / financial services fall outside the Company's region
/ range, the Company will refer the User to an affiliate that
would handle the specific request. The affiliate may then
contact the User direct. Please be aware that
the Company may share your information with its partners,
affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries. If you choose to
register with the Company through the Site or by other means, or
apply for service, we may ask you to provide us with certain
personal information, such as your name, physical and electronic
mail ("e-mail") addresses, phone number, domain name and other
information that by itself, or in combination with other
information, may be identifiable to you as a specific
individual. We may also ask for financial information, and
demographic information, such as your zip code and income level.
The Company will not sell, rent, trade your information and
except for our partners, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries
will not disclose individual customer information to any third
parties or outside companies who will use the information to
contact you or who will share the information with others
without your permission. A User should not
rely and/or make any commitments based on any Proposal that has
been accepted for further consideration by the Company or any of
its affiliates, partners, divisions or subsidiaries. The
Company reserves the right, at any time, without notice to: (1)
reject any Proposal, including Proposals that had been accepted
for further consideration; (2) screen a User or Users; (3)
approve or reject and/or terminate the relationship with any
User, including Users that have submitted Proposals, or has a
Proposal pending with the Company. Other
conditions and restrictions apply.
Collected Information: Please be aware that the Site may share your information with its affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and third-party partners, agents and affiliates.
